The Beautiful Game

Football! We love the game,  Others crave for it, a few give their lives for it. Nations come together as one. Nations get torn apart. A game which makes you scream for joy or puts you in tears. Call it what you may, Soccer or as a purist would say Football is much more than just a game to many passionate supporters. A game which is not just eleven payers at each half trying to put the ball in between the goal-post, it's much more than that, it has bought nations together it has fought for social causes and it stands for hope and belief. Football is not just an art, a lot of skill, hard work, sweat and tears are shed on the field as well as off it.

The Romans graced the game and it just picked off from there, yes the shape and size and of the ball and format has changed over the years, but the love for the game has still remained the same. All you need is love,passion, respect and humility in order to be a good footballer and the rest will just follow. Many football legends and some great players playing today like your Ronaldo's and Messi's came from humble beginnings, but what made them special is because of sheer "Hard work" , "Belief" & "Passion".

The FIFA World Cup, the biggest sporting event in the world is a fine example where literally the whole world comes to a stand still to support their beloved countries, and it just goes to show you how far this game has come, this game it's a religion to people like me and rest of the football fans. Passion is something you would give your life for and i can safely say Football is something  I would gladly give my life too.
